Safe Corner organizes various monthly group activities for young girls and women. You can contact us through our contact portal if you are interested.
Become a volunteer
To get involved in meaningful volunteering, Safe Corner provides various opportunities. In the women’s club, you can volunteer to help with cooking, sports, or crafts. The homework club volunteers offer support to women in their studies and in Finnish language homework. In the girls' club, volunteers offer multifaceted support to young immigrant girls, focusing on social integration, etc. Our volunteers also give presentations on important topics on how to navigate Finnish society and public services, like rights and responsibilities, the importance of participating in parliament, and understanding the Finnish health care system. Join us for an internship or work try-out
Are you looking for a place to gain work experience? Safe Corner offers year-round opportunities for students and participants in work try-outs to gain practical experience in the working life. At Safe Corner, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks in a multicultural atmosphere and gain a comprehensive insight into the organisational sector.
