A Stay-at-Home Virtual Reflection Activity

The stay-at-home virtual reflection activity organized by Safe Corner was a successful one. The activity created a safe opportunity for participants to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. It focused on well-being, belonging, personal strengths, hopes, and sources of support without requiring participants to share personal or traumatic experiences.
The activity was designed to help participants to recognize their personal strengths and achievements, reflect on what makes them feel safe, calm, and supported, strengthen a sense of belonging and connection, identify small things that support their mental and emotional well-being, and create a positive intention for the coming days.
